Dr. Elizabeth Powers – Family Medicine Doctor, Winding Waters Clinic

Over the past 20 years, Dr. Liz Powers and Nic Powers have transformed Winding Waters Clinic from a private primary care practice into a rural healthcare powerhouse. Based in Enterprise, Oregon, this non-profit community health center now provides comprehensive medical, dental, mental health and pharmacy services to over 60% of Wallowa County residents annually. By continually expanding access to care, Winding Waters has redefined rural health outcomes and driven remarkable progress across Northeast Oregon.

Dr. Brian J. Park – Director, OHSU RELATE Lab and OHSU Family Medicine Physician

Dr. Brian Park began envisioning a more responsive health care system while navigating doctor visits with his immigrant parents. As a family medicine physician at OHSU, he applied relationship-building lessons from community organizing to develop the RELATE Lab, which studies, teaches and spreads a more collaborative, equitable and human-centered approach to health care.

Dr. Geniel Harrison – Chief Medical Officer, Portland Area Indian Health Services

Dr. Geniel Harrison is Chief Medical Officer at the Portland Area Indian Health Service, overseeing medical services and public health initiatives across Oregon, Washington and Idaho. A diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine, she has worked with the Indian Health Service for 13 years and is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Goshute Reservation.

Dr. David Eisen – Executive Director, Quest Center for Integrative Health; Doctor of Chinese Medicine; Acupuncturist  

At Quest Center for Integrative Health, Dr. David Eisen serves people with chronic diseases, addictions, mental health disorders and chronic pain. He serves on work groups developing public health guidelines, and was Director of Central City Concern’s Portland Alternative Health Center and Director of Clinical Services for 17 years.

Betsy Boyd-Flynn - Headshot

Betsy Boyd-Flynn – Executive Director, Oregon Academy of Family Physicians 

Betsy Boyd-Flynn is Executive Director of the Oregon Academy of Family Physicians. She previously held leadership roles at the Oregon Medical Association, including Deputy Executive Vice President. Her work centers on coalition building, and she believes primary care delivered by family physicians is a powerful engine for improving health and driving change.
