Two out of three Oregonians suffer from addiction or know someone who does. SUDs costs Oregon $6 billion annually in health care, lost productivity, and criminal justice expenses. Yet few people with SUDs seek treatment and fewer still receive it. Even after treatment, recovery can be short and relapse is common.
